“We cannot recommend Tip Top Cleaners enough! For many years now (over 8years at least) Raf and his team have been cleaning our large office building in Hove that is situated over 3 floors, with multiple businesses working inside, cleaning the building 3x a week. They are always really friendly, professional, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. No job is ever too small for them. They consistently go above and beyond in their work, taking such pride in all that they do!
When we had graffiti on the external building walls, they were happy to help out by recommending a cleaning product and tackling the challenging task - they did a sterling job of removing it all! They also ensure our car park is kept clean and tidy by de-weeding and cutting back small bushes when asked. We always receive before and after photos too without being asked.
Deep cleans are exceptional, they work with us and our tenants to ensure everyone is happy and not disrupted in anyway whilst still working, although these are mainly carried out out of hours on weekends and in the christmas holiday period. They provide all consumables such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products etc. When they are on holiday, both Raf and Aleksandra take care of providing cleaning cover for them so that we are not left without cleaners whilst they are away.
